Effective 7 October 2026. FiveToClose, 2618 Gravois Ave, Suite 19, St. Louis, MO 63118, operates MoneyDig.
What we store
Google sends us your name, email address, and account id when you sign in. We store your seven answers, the dig you paid for, confirmation status, and the lists we email. Stripe processes the card and sends us a payment id, the amount, and the email on the charge.
Why
We use that information to confirm you own the inbox, to build the match, to take payment, and to send the dig emails you paid for. We do not sell the list.
Confirmation mail and dig mail come from support@fivetoclose.cloud. Dig mail goes only to the confirmed Google address.
How long
We keep the account while the dig is active and as long as we need it for taxes, refunds, and disputes. You can ask us to delete the answers and the dig history by emailing support@fivetoclose.cloud from the confirmed address. Payment records may remain where the law requires them.
